That’s why I set up the MA Academy. It’s where all our recruitment, training and mentoring takes place. Whether you’re an experienced agent looking to sharpen your approach or you’re thinking about building a business of your own, I’d love to help.

What you would be joining
The Anderson Group is a team of estate agents and support staff working across Swansea, Mumbles, Gower and the Swansea Valley. There are two ways to be part of it.
Our self-employed agents run their own area, put their own name to their sales and are fully committed to their clients. Our employed support team work alongside them, keeping every sale organised and moving. Both roles are valued equally, and everyone is trained to the same high standard.
In April 2026, that was recognised at the Welsh Estate Agency Awards, where The Anderson Group was named Employer of the Year and Melanie was joint winner of Female Estate Agent of the Year. Employer of the Year isn’t about how many homes we sell. It’s about how well we look after our people.
New to the industry?
You don’t need any experience to talk to us.
Melanie founded the MA Academy in 2024 to train and support new agents, and several of our team came into estate agency from completely different careers, including holiday lettings, hospitality and psychology.
What matters far more than your CV is the kind of person you are. We look for people who call back when they say they will, and who can have an honest conversation with kindness and tact.
Everything else, we’ll teach you.
